This includes blueprint reading classes and English language training for Klune employees with the support of L.A. Valley college instructors. Klune supports STINGER missile program
Thursday, June 25th, 2009Klune Industries provides three versions of launchers for the Stinger missile system including the dual mount launcher, the Air-to-Air launcher (ATAL) for the Apache and the standard vehicle missile launcher (SVML). Klune Industries has been awarded a multi-year supply contract for Stinger and has now been providing components and assemblies for this program for more than a decade. Klune supports Phenom 300 Program

This involves a dedicated lean assembly cell and specially trained Klune personnel. Non Destructive Testing capabilities include radiography, pressure testing and laboratory analysis. These in house capabilities support a far more efficient production process. A new comprehensive project planning methodology has been implemented involving both Klune’s engineering and manufacturing teams. This program is a key milestone in the extended partnership Klune Industries has now established with the Lockheed Skunkworks Research and Development teams.
